John Triggs is a digital and technology Product leader in cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, agile development, multichannel experiences and digital transformation. Portfolio includes programmatic advertising, personalization, digital automation & consumer services. His portfolio focuses helping users discover content and connect them to relevant products and services. He also partners with stakeholders to drive innovation and transformation through technology and services.

Mr. Triggs managed digital products at Amazon to deliver relevant, viewable product ads onsite and Capital One to help customers service their accounts on web/mobile devices. Prior to that, he launched and managed data services at comScore (Ad Metrix) and Time Warner Cable to provide insights to guide marketing efforts. He has also developed digital services to help customers discover and engage content (eTrizzle, Quiz Wisdom) and to help businesses engage customers online (web/mobile/voice). He also served as vice-president of Inserso, an IT consulting company in the Washington, DC metro area.

Mr. Triggs earned his MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and his undergraduate degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia. He has also been featured on CNN's Burden of Proof and has presented on various topics.
